A completed account application requires a separate $25 non-refundable fee or a valid fee-only voucher before manual review; neither holds inventory. After approval and agreement signature, verified $500 reservation-deposit payment secures an available vehicle and credits the trip once. The remainder is due before pickup. Review the current policies and your booking-specific agreement before you sign. No automatic saved-card charges.
