The fee remains non-refundable after customer cancellation, owner decline, or unavailability, except duplicate/erroneous charge correction or where applicable law requires otherwise. After manual approval and signing the exact booking-specific agreement with legal name, clause initials, and electronic consent, the customer pays a $500 reservation deposit. Approval alone secures nothing. Verified deposit payment rechecks availability and credits $500 once toward the trip total; it is not a damage/security deposit. The remaining rental balance is due before pickup. Mileage/travel changes require an approved, customer-signed immutable addendum before taking effect, without replacing the original agreement. Tolls accumulate into one evidenced post-trip total. Renter-liable tickets, citations, parking violations, penalties, towing, booting, and impound costs are individually itemized with dates, amounts, and evidence. Post-trip collection requires an explicit customer Checkout action; no automatic saved-card charges. Actual damage responsibility is subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
