It is not a security/damage deposit. Customer cancellation is available only in eligible states and does not automatically refund money. The application fee remains non-refundable after cancellation, decline, or unavailability except duplicate/error correction or law. Signed mileage/travel addenda supplement rather than rewrite prior evidence. Tolls aggregate, renter-liable violations are individually itemized, and post-trip collection is explicit Checkout, never automatic saved-card charges. Provide accurate information and do not use the vehicle unlawfully.
