$25 non-refundable; starts manual review and does not hold or reserve a vehicle. Non-refundable after cancellation, owner decline, or unavailability, except duplicate/erroneous charges or where applicable law requires otherwise. $500 after manual approval; credited once toward the trip total, not a damage/security deposit. Remaining rental balance due before pickup, after the reservation-deposit credit.
A valid server-verified voucher waives only the $25 application fee, never the deposit, rental balance, tolls, or violations
The minimum renter age is 25. Every driver must have a valid U.S. driver license and be approved and listed.
The server uses the vehicle's published daily rate, configured fees, tax settings, and billable days. Browser totals are not accepted.
Each rental includes 200 miles per rental day. Additional mileage is charged at $0.50 per mile.
Cancel an eligible application or reservation from your customer account; the application fee remains non-refundable and refunds require separate review. Rental cancellation until 24 hours before pickup; the non-refundable application fee is excluded. A later rental cancellation is charged the first rental day, and a no-show the full booking amount. A status change does not automatically refund a payment.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited and carry a $250 cleanup fee. Approved pets must travel in carriers; service animals are handled separately.
Travel is limited to Texas and bordering states with prior approval. Delivery, rideshare, racing, towing, and off-road use are prohibited.
An approved customer-signed addendum is required before revised mileage, travel area, or price terms take effect
The renter pays one accumulated post-trip total with evidence. Renter-liable tickets, citations, parking, penalties, towing, booting, and impound costs are individually itemized with dates, amounts, and evidence. Review the itemized payment request and explicitly start Checkout. No automatic saved-card charges.
Call Ride Ready Rentals immediately and before arranging roadside service. Accident reports are due in writing within 24 hours, and a police report is required for injury, theft, hit-and-run, or major damage.
When you apply, choose either your own auto insurance or the rental protection plan. If you use your own insurance, upload proof of insurance before paying the application fee. No optional damage waiver is offered.
Your acknowledgement permits us to contact you about the request. Marketing consent is optional and separate.
Account creation, manual document and eligibility review, approval, and a booking-specific electronic signature with clause initials are required before the reservation deposit. No automated identity or driving-record verification is claimed.
