Rental requirements
Before approval
A completed account application requires a separate $25 non-refundable application administration fee or a server-verified fee-only voucher. It starts manual review, not an inventory hold or reservation. Public inquiries are free.
Driver eligibility
Renters must be at least 25 and hold a valid U.S. driver license. Document and eligibility review are manual; no automated identity or driving-record verification is claimed.
Additional drivers
Every additional driver must complete the same review and be approved and listed before driving the vehicle.
Payment
After approval and signing the exact booking agreement, verified $500 reservation-deposit payment secures an available vehicle and credits the trip once. The remaining rental balance is due before pickup. This is not a damage/security deposit.
Changes and later charges
Revised mileage or travel terms need a customer-signed addendum before taking effect. Tolls aggregate; renter-liable violations are individually itemized. Later payment requires explicit Checkout, never automatic saved-card charging.
