Customers may cancel eligible applications/reservations from their customer account. Cancellation preserves all acceptance, agreement, waiver, payment, and audit evidence. The separate $25 application administration fee remains non-refundable after cancellation, owner decline, or vehicle unavailability, except duplicate/erroneous charge correction or applicable law. Vouchers waive only that fee and create no hold.
Rental cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup; this excludes the application fee. Later rental cancellation is charged the first rental day; a no-show the full booking amount, subject to the accepted agreement and applicable law. The post-approval $500 reservation deposit is credited once toward the trip, not a damage/security deposit. Deposit/balance refunds follow the accepted cancellation terms and a separate audited administrator Stripe refund, never an inferred status change. Extensions and changed mileage/travel terms require approval and a customer-signed addendum before taking effect. No automatic saved-card charge is authorized.
