Public inquiries are free and do not reserve a vehicle. A completed account application requires a separate $25 non-refundable fee or a valid fee-only voucher before manual review; neither holds inventory. After approval and agreement signature, verified $500 reservation-deposit payment secures an available vehicle and credits the trip once. The remainder is due before pickup. Review the current policies and your booking-specific agreement before you sign. No automatic saved-card charges.

Late return policy

A 30-minute grace period applies after the scheduled return time. After that grace period, the daily rental rate applies. Extensions are not automatic. Approval and payment are required before the rental is extended.
