Travel is limited to Texas and bordering states with prior approval. Any revised allowance, overage rate, travel area, dates, or price adjustment requires an admin-created immutable addendum, customer liability initials, legal-name signature, and exact hash before it takes effect. Unsigned changes have no effect and do not replace the original agreement. Return mileage is server-calculated from signed terms. Tolls accumulate into one post-trip total; renter-liable violations, including tickets, citations, parking, penalties, towing, booting, and impound, are separately itemized with evidence. Collection requires explicit customer Checkout and never automatic saved-card charging.
