The separate $25 application administration fee is non-refundable after cancellation, owner decline, or vehicle unavailability, except duplicate/erroneous charge correction or applicable law. A voucher waives only it, never deposit/rental/post-trip amounts. The $500 reservation deposit is credited once to the trip, not a refundable security/damage deposit. Deposit and rental-balance refunds follow the accepted cancellation terms and a separate audited administrator Stripe refund; cancellation does not imply refund success. Unexpected received-money, availability races, disputes, or mismatches require explicit reconciliation and never a guessed refund or automatic recollection. For mechanical breakdown, a replacement is offered if available; otherwise the unused rental time receives a prorated refund. No automatic saved-card charges.
